Releasing Deep Trauma Through Multidimensional Lama Fera Quantum Healing
Journeying Across Timelines to Restore Wholeness
There are wounds that do not begin in adulthood.
Some begin in childhood in moments where love felt uncertain, safety was disrupted, or the nervous system became overwhelmed. When the body cannot process such intensity, it does something remarkably intelligent: it protects us.
Sometimes through emotional numbing.
Sometimes through hyper-independence.
And often through dissociation a subtle separation from the body and from life itself.
Over time, these unprocessed experiences can create energetic imprints that influence how we relate to ourselves, our health, our relationships and our sense of purpose.
This is where multidimensional Lama Fera Quantum Healing becomes a powerful gateway for restoration.
What Is Multidimensional Healing?
Within the IAM5Master framework, healing is understood as a process that engages all five energy layers of the human system:
-
Physical
-
Emotional
-
Mental
-
Intellectual
-
Cosmic
Trauma does not exist in just one layer. It creates openings energetic “holes” — through which vitality can drain, leaving a person feeling fragmented rather than whole.
During a Lama Fera Quantum Heal session, I travel gently across inner realms and timelines, allowing the system to reveal where protection patterns were first formed. These journeys are never forced. The body leads. The intelligence within the client guides the pace.
My role is to hold a deeply regulated and protected therapeutic field where the client can safely encounter what has long been avoided and finally release it.
Working Across Realms, Timelines and Ancestral Memory
Many patterns we carry did not begin with us.
They can echo through ancestral lines, inherited emotional imprints, or unresolved family trauma. When these remain unseen, they continue shaping behaviour, emotional responses and even physiological stress patterns.
Through Lama Fera Quantum Healing, we compassionately access these deeper layers not to relive suffering, but to liberate the energy bound within it.
Often what surfaces are symbolic expressions of trauma forms the psyche has created to represent pain, fear, abandonment, or suppression. Rather than resisting these manifestations, we meet them with presence and intelligence, allowing them to dissolve as the nervous system recognises it is now safe.
Clients are never left to face these spaces alone. The session is carefully held so that healing unfolds within a container of safety, awareness and integration.
The Inner Medicine Awakens
One of the most fascinating aspects of deep healing is what I often describe as the awakening of the body’s inner pharmacy.
As the system relaxes and protective defences soften, many clients enter expanded states of awareness. Some report vivid inner imagery, others feel waves of sensation moving through the body, emotional release, spontaneous breath shifts, or profound stillness.
This is not something imposed from the outside.
It is the body remembering how to heal.
Some traditions liken these visionary states to the activation of our natural inner chemistry what many refer to as the body’s own “DMT-like” experience where perception widens and insight becomes accessible.
Each journey is unique, yet the outcome often shares a common thread: a return to coherence.
Case Study Reflections

Case Study 1 — Returning to the Body After Childhood Trauma
A client arrived feeling emotionally detached from life, describing a persistent sense of “watching rather than living.” Early in the session it became clear that a younger protective part was still holding the body in a guarded state.
As the work unfolded, the system gradually allowed integration. The client experienced a gentle emotional release a single tear that marked the beginning of reconnection rather than collapse.
In the weeks that followed, they reported feeling more present in daily life, less reactive, and more able to receive love without withdrawing.
Healing began not by becoming someone new — but by safely returning to themselves.
Case Study 2 — Breaking a Generational Pattern
Another client sought support for recurring relationship challenges that seemed to repeat despite years of personal work.
During the session, ancestral themes surfaced symbolically, revealing inherited beliefs around worthiness and emotional expression. As these layers were acknowledged and released, the client described a profound sense of lightness — “as if something that never belonged to me had finally left.”
Over the following months, they noticed greater emotional clarity and began forming relationships from a place of stability rather than protection.
Case Study 3 — From Survival to Vitality
One individual came feeling chronically depleted, carrying the weight of prolonged stress.
Through multiple sessions, the nervous system gradually shifted from survival states toward regulation. The client reported improved energy, deeper sleep and a renewed engagement with life.
While healing unfolds differently for each person, what emerged here was not a miracle but the natural intelligence of a body finally permitted to restore itself.
Does Healing Happen in One Session?
For some, a single session creates a powerful opening.
For others, healing unfolds in layers.
There is no fixed timeline because every nervous system carries a different story. What matters is not speed, but integration ensuring that each shift is embodied and sustainable.
This work is deep. It honours the pace at which true transformation occurs.
Retrieving the Fragmented Self
At its heart, multidimensional healing is the sacred act of retrieval gathering the parts of ourselves that withdrew during moments we could not fully process.
When these fragments return, something remarkable happens:
-
Joy begins to re-emerge
-
Relationships soften
-
Creativity returns
-
Abundance flows more naturally
-
Life feels less like survival and more like participation
Not because something was added — but because something essential was restored.
Advanced Case Study Reflections
Healing the Underworld, Reclaiming the Self
In multidimensional healing, the “underworld” is not a place of darkness to be feared it is the symbolic landscape of the unconscious. It is where unresolved trauma, ancestral memory, suppressed emotion and forgotten aspects of the self patiently wait to be acknowledged.
When approached with safety, regulation and skilled guidance, this descent becomes an act of profound self-retrieval.
Below are reflections from clinical practice, shared with permission and with identities fully protected.
Case Study — Soul Retrieval from the Inner Underworld
A client arrived with a lifelong feeling of not belonging describing themselves as “present, yet never fully here.” Despite external success, there was an internal emptiness that achievement could not fill.
Early in the session, the body showed signs of protective withdrawal. As the field deepened, symbolic imagery emerged of a younger aspect of self remaining hidden in a shadowed inner space a representation often seen when parts of the psyche separate during overwhelming childhood experiences.
Rather than forcing contact, the work focused on creating enough safety for that aspect to re-emerge voluntarily.
There was a moment of profound stillness in the room.
The client’s breath softened.
Their body unwound.
Tears flowed — not from distress, but from recognition.
After the session, they described the experience as:
"It felt like a part of me finally came home."
In the months that followed, they reported greater emotional presence, deeper relational capacity, and for the first time— an underlying sense of belonging within their own life.
Sometimes what we call healing is simply the return of the self that once had to hide.
Case Study — Ancestral Trauma and the Ending of a Generational Burden
One client carried a persistent emotional heaviness that could not be traced to a single life event. There was chronic guilt, over-responsibility, and a pattern of self-sacrifice that felt older than their personal story.
As we journeyed through the deeper layers of the psyche, ancestral themes surfaced symbolically revealing inherited survival responses often passed silently through family lines.
When these imprints were acknowledged within a regulated therapeutic state, the client experienced a powerful somatic release: spontaneous breath, trembling through the arms, followed by deep physical relaxation.
Their words afterwards were simple:
"The weight is gone."
Over time, their posture changed, decision-making became clearer and they no longer felt compelled to carry what was never theirs.
Healing does not erase the past — it releases our unconscious loyalty to suffering.
Case Study — Chronic Pain That Had No Medical Explanation
A client sought support after years of persistent body pain that remained despite multiple medical consultations. While continuing appropriate medical care, they felt intuitively that the body was holding something unresolved.
During the session, attention was brought gently to the area of discomfort. As emotional material surfaced, the client recognised how long-held grief had been suppressed beneath functional strength.
The body responded almost immediately once expression was permitted.
Heat moved through the muscles.
The jaw released.
The spine softened.
Over the following weeks, the client reported a noticeable reduction in pain intensity alongside improved sleep and emotional ease.
Not all physical symptoms are purely structural — some are the language through which the body asks to finally be heard.
(Note: This work supports the body’s healing processes and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.)
Case Study — Reclaiming Energetic Boundaries After Unsafe Spiritual Exploration
Occasionally, clients arrive after engaging in intense spiritual or plant medicine experiences without adequate preparation or integration.
One such individual described feeling energetically “open,” emotionally raw, and unable to ground themselves months after their experience. Sleep was disturbed, sensitivity heightened, and daily functioning felt unstable.
The work centred first on stabilisation strengthening the nervous system, restoring boundaries and helping the body remember safety.
As regulation increased, the client reported feeling more contained, clearer in their thoughts, and no longer overwhelmed by external stimuli.
Their reflection:
"I finally feel back inside myself."
Expansion without grounding can dysregulate the system. True healing always honours readiness and integration.
Case Study — Releasing Oppressive Internal Presences
From a psychospiritual perspective, what some traditions describe as “entities” often correspond to deeply split-off emotional states — intense fear, shame, rage, or trauma that has taken on a powerful internal presence.
One client arrived describing a lifelong sense of heaviness and self-sabotage, as if something within was constantly working against them.
During the session, we approached these sensations not as something to battle, but as aspects seeking resolution.
As awareness expanded, the client moved through waves of emotion followed by an unmistakable physical shift — their chest lifted, breathing deepened and the face visibly brightened.
Their immediate response:
"Something that has been with me for years is no longer there."
Afterwards came increased confidence, clearer decision-making, and a noticeable rise in life energy.
When suppressed parts are met with presence rather than resistance, they often transform.
The Natural Intelligence of Healing
Not every session is dramatic.
Some are quiet.
Some are subtle.
Some unfold gradually across time.
Yet the pattern remains consistent when the body feels safe, it moves toward wholeness.
Some clients experience significant shifts quickly.
Others require multiple sessions to gently unwind protective layers built over decades.
There is no hierarchy in healing only timing.
Descending to Rise
In many wisdom traditions, transformation requires a symbolic descent a meeting with the inner underworld not to remain there, but to reclaim the vitality waiting beneath it.
When fragmented aspects return:
-
Energy reorganises
-
Emotional resilience strengthens
-
Creativity awakens
-
Relationships transform
-
Life begins to flow again
This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about becoming fully inhabited.
A Final Reflection
You are not broken.
You are not missing anything.
There may simply be parts of you still waiting to be welcomed home.
And when they are the life you were meant to live no longer feels distant.
It becomes available.
