IAM5Master SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to SMS/text messages sent by IAM5Master through iam5master.com and associated IAM5Master services.

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from IAM5Master, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. SMS Programme

IAM5Master may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with you regarding:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Booking updates or changes
• Event, meditation, workshop and retreat reminders
• Course and programme information
• Customer service communications
• Important service or account notifications
• Offers, promotions and news, where you have consented to receive marketing communications

The frequency of messages may vary depending on the services you use and the communications you have chosen to receive.

2. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

You will only receive marketing SMS communications where you have provided the appropriate consent.

By opting in, you confirm that:

• You are the authorised user of the mobile number provided;
• You consent to receiving SMS messages from IAM5Master;
• Your consent to receive marketing messages is voluntary; and
• You may withdraw your consent at any time.

Providing consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any IAM5Master product or service.

3. How to Opt Out

You may stop receiving marketing SMS messages at any time.

You can reply STOP to an SMS message where this functionality is supported, or contact IAM5Master and request that your mobile number be removed from our SMS marketing list.

After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming that your request has been processed.

Please note that opting out of marketing communications may not prevent us from sending essential service-related communications where these are necessary to administer an existing booking, transaction or service.

5. Message and Data Charges

IAM5Master does not normally charge you to receive SMS messages from us. However, standard message, data, roaming or other charges imposed by your mobile network provider may apply.

You are responsible for any charges applied by your mobile network provider.

6. Message Delivery

SMS delivery is subject to the availability and operation of mobile networks and telecommunications providers.

IAM5Master cannot guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered or received within a particular timeframe. Delays or failures may occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including network availability, mobile carrier restrictions, incorrect telephone numbers or technical issues.

7. Your Mobile Number

You are responsible for ensuring that the mobile number you provide to IAM5Master is accurate and belongs to you or that you are otherwise authorised to use it.

If your mobile number changes or is transferred to another person, please update your information or notify us so that we can remove or update the previous number.

8. Privacy and Personal Data

Your privacy is important to us.

Mobile numbers and other personal information collected through our SMS services will be handled in accordance with the IAM5Master Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection and electronic-marketing laws.

We may use trusted service providers to facilitate the delivery of SMS communications. Where third-party providers process personal information on our behalf, we require them to process that information appropriately and for authorised purposes.

We do not sell your mobile telephone number to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
